The Old Ludlovians Association as part of its Reunion Weekend set up an exhibition in
St Laurence's to commemorate the century that has passed since the great War WW1 1914-1918. Links are shown between the pupils and staff of the Grammar and High School and the people of Ludlow, with different aspects of war at home and away, including copies of the Rolls of Honour for both the town and the Grammar School.

Church Executive Manager - In order that Shaun can be given more time to concentrate on commercial activity and major projects within St Laurence’s, there has been negotiation between the Rector, Churchwardens and himself regarding his ongoing role. The PCC has recently ratified the proposal that his role will no longer include the line management of other parish staff and the volunteer network so that he can focus on the future major projects.

The Jeffry Wilcox Memorial Lecture takes place in St Laurence’s at 6.30pm for 7pm on 6 November. The lecture will be given by the Very Revd Andrew Nunn, Dean of Southwark. Full details and booking form for this and future lectures in the Life & Learning @ Ludlow series can be found in the programme by the church door, at www.stlaurences.org.uk/lifeandlearning, or by contacting Barry Forrester on 01584 878872.
