St Laurence's Church is visited by some 50 000 people from the UK and all over the world. We have a number of helpful guide books and leaflets.

As you enter St Laurence's Church, a steward is on hand to give you a free visitor leaflet, which tells you about the church.

A newly produced complete Guidebook in English may be purchased at the Giftshop. There are also booklets about:

  • The Misericords in the Chancel
  • The Snetzler Organ
  • The Windows and other items of local interest

You will find more about these at the Giftshop.

Visiting the church is, or course, free of charge. The cost of conserving and maintaining the building is very high and we do suggest a donation of £3 per adult visitor to assist us with this.
