Most text formatting in done from the 'Format Menu' you can select what style you want here is a list of options. You also have bold italics underline and links

Heading 3 - Format

Paragraph this is the paragraph style select this from the 'Format Menu'

Heading 4 - Format

Paragraph this is the paragraph style select this from the 'Format Menu'

Heading 5 - Format

Paragraph this is the paragraph style select this from the 'Format Menu'

Heading 6 - Format

Paragraph this is the paragraph style select this from the 'Format Menu'

There are also some other options in the 'Styles' menu but these are not used so much

Blue - make text blue

alt padding - less padding for images

Caption - Format like image caption

Clear Left - if you floating image this can help formatting

Full Width - similat to float left but stronger

Newsletter title - This is to format title for emailed newsletters only.
